Helium mass spectrometry, engineered for the line
Helium is inert, non-toxic and present in air at only ~5 ppm — background noise stays low, so even the smallest leak stands out.
A 180° non-uniform magnetic field separates He ions (m/z 4, also ³He and H₂) from every other gas species in the analyzer.
The ion current maps linearly to leak rate — a calibrated number in Pa·m³/s, not a pass/fail guess. Verified against the built-in standard leak.

Note: leak rates unified to Pa·m³/s (1×10⁻¹² mbar·L/s = 1×10⁻¹³ Pa·m³/s). Competitor figures compiled from public datasheets and manuals (retrieved 2026-09); refer to each vendor's official documentation for current data.
Vacuum-mode detection floors are all in the 5×10⁻¹³ Pa·m³/s range — while our ≤ 0.5 s response reads faster.
A 30 m³/h dry forepump matches the semiconductor-class INFICON and outruns the Pfeiffer / Leybold dry models by roughly an order of magnitude.
Domestic manufacturing means friendlier pricing, spares and service response. (Imported units are typically quoted around US$15k–45k depending on configuration.)
Calibrated, verifiable, auditable
Every QG-800 ships with a built-in channel-type standard leak (10⁻⁷ mbar·L/s) for daily verification. Methods follow GB/T 15823-2009 (helium leak testing practice) and GB/T 13979; calibration certificates are traceable to national standards.
